For all you asshats calling it "a stupid fricking question", need to realize that in the sports biggest event they have to have referee called water breaks because there is no way for the teams to stop the games themselves. I mean wtf is that shite?

Players constantly take water breaks during soccer games. Ever noticed before a corner or when someone goes down with a cramp they take sips of water.
They are trying something new with these water breaks. I think mainly to try and figure out how FIFA can justify playing in Qatar during the summer, and not interrupting the European money making leagues.
