I could give a frick about giving tax revenue to the state of Louisiana until they amend the constitution.

LSU athletics are giving $36 million back to the university and do not receive state funding.

LSU athletics would not exist if not for the state sponsored school so it's kind of a moot point that the athletics give back to the university.
