You're not going to see too many new neighborhoods in BR with the big lots and the yards anymore. To get a new house with that you'll have to find a one off lot somewhere. New developments seem to be focusing on fitting in more home rather than wider lots.
Another area that's developing is Burbank between Lee and Staring. DSLD has a neighborhood but if you don't want to go with the DR Horton volume builder types there's University Villas next to it. They just started building out the new part where the houses will be bigger than the ones in the front - but still 0 lot line.
