No one knows the guy's source, but he's a poster at Pelicans Report that definitely has inside info. He posted about Ryno having a herniated disk the day before news broke, said that we were targeting Asik/Hawes a few weeks ago, and made some other calls.

Ely is gone, Miller and Babbit are easily replaced, and if you have Asik and keep Jason Smith, one of Ajinca and Withey were never going to play anyway. Rivers and the #10 pick he represents would be the main loss. If you could somehow get Boston's #17 in exchange for him I'd call it a good deal.

So of non guaranteed contracts the only somewhat big loss would be Rivers. If Loomis works his magic an the roster is this:

Holiday
Gordon
Evans
Davis
Anderson
Asik
MLE
Rivers

That would be impressive.
