The first thing that needs to be done is to rewite tge constitution, as the framers intended, in modern english where all these liberal judges can't make up law as they go.
The judicial branch has become a joke, filled with anti American radicals.

not sure if you understand how the constitutional court system works....

and concretely define well regulated militia so we know you can legally own guns and who can't.

Legal stuff will always be written in legal terms (the way it should be), it is how lawyers keep their jobs.
