I negotiated working from home so I can take a vacation every day if I want as long as my cellphone is with me.

There's a lot of flexibility. I don't have an office job.
This is the first year of the 4 weeks vacation so it's not like I'm used to it. I've always had 3. I don't think it's a deal breaker not getting 4, but was just curious what everyone thought.
