I dont think you're over-analyzing it, but that's just me. I would want at least the extra $2600. I would actually probably want more.
Honestly, assuming all other things equal, I would probably take 150k with 4 weeks vacation over 160k with 3 weeks. Unless I knew I would earn more quickly.
ETA: to clarify, just because I would want it, doesn't mean I would expect it. I was just saying that I would consider vacation as a factor for sure.

I negotiated working from home so I can take a vacation every day if I want as long as my cellphone is with me.
