Your article is from 2009 mine is from 2014. They could have easily changed it in that time span.

Unless they increase the number of mens bathrooms and the setup, they shouldn't sell liquid in the north endzone.

See an open spot, sure squeeze through two men pissing back to back.

I've never been brave enough to sneak alcohol into the student section.. It could be feasible on some occasions but on other occasions they search you so thoroughly that I'm not sure if there's anywhere you would be able to successfully hide some. Those dudes have no problems with feeling every inch of the inside of your legs and thighs

BEER... Gay! I've already switched to whiskey by game time. Beer is for breakfast on game days!

current SEC policy no alcohol in SEC stadiums except in private suites. So until that changes you will never have Alcohol that is sold in the lower bowl of TS.

Not true. Not true at all.

i posted an article that quoted the SEC policy. That isn't good enough?

also the article is only 3 months old.

edit: all of you guys are claiming that I'm incorrect but you haven't given me any proof. I posted an article quoting the SEC policy, only link was a 5 year old article from WAFB.

was there a link to the quote of the policy? The author can quote all he wants but unless he references it, it is all hearsay.

Do the Boy Scouts still have older brothers helping them sell bourbon and cokes in the student section?

you have a long history of posting stuff that is completely wrong. I'd like to see further proof of the no alcohol policy by the sec.

Don't post some al.com garbage. Look for it here.

No it isn't. The policy quoted doesn't specify what venues they are even talking about

Seems like the policy should be in actual documentation

You want us to prove something that doesn't exist? That isn't how it works.

It sounds like it is an unofficial policy, because it isn't listed the SEC constitution or bylaws

I'm not even really interested in this at all, but just so you know - the constitution and by laws would likely only delegate the authority to implement policies to some committee or board and not contain the policies themselves.

Well what ever the rules are now , this I do know , I can't walk in Tiger Stadium with Alcohol or Buy it inside. That being said, The question of how it will effect seating and the student section is legit. You know the first thing people against it will say, "How will you keep students from purchasing it." Well I'm sure not having it available for there area would be obvious. So the Question about "a Liquor free North Endzone" needs to be asked. ..

Even some NFL stadiums that have Family sections ,where no alcohol is served. So you know its possible in college stadiums.

Maybe they can sell alcohol from those concrete shipping containers on top of the new stadium addition.
