I'd avoid taking those two classes together if you can help it. FIN 701 isn't too hard but does require a decent amount of attention to get an A...and I've heard horror stories about MKT 701, which I'm about to take in Summer AP1.
If you do end up taking those two together, just be prepared to dedicate a decent amount of time understanding the concepts in FIN 701, not just how to do the math.

I wish I could, but I'm locked in on my tuition re-imbursement and FIN 701 filled up in the summer session before I could register. If I don't double up, then I will be waiting for Spring 2019 AP1 before MKT 701 or FIN 701 show up again in the rotation.
I'm hoping to get the information on the syllabus for FIN701 before the course and spend some time here in Summer AP1 doing self study to prepare, since I think Vines keeps his course material consistent term over term.
