I don't have a business degree. However, my undergrad included plenty of quant classes including the calculus series, stats courses, etc.
If you have a good quantitative background, I think the statistics and econ side is well covered in the courses themselves, and wouldn't bother.
Everything is at a very basic level. Run regressions in excel, chart things using excel. Perform time value of money using a financial calculator or excel, etc.
I have 1 quant course left unless I take another as an elective--fin701 and the prerequisite of badm700 only covered a week or two of time value of money calculations. If you can do these already, don't bother taking the prerequisite course.
