@sejaxon You must have cumulative 3.0 to earn degree (2017-18 LSUS catalog). I think you'll be fine in your situation as long as bring it up to 3.0 before finishing program.
I don't know how many C's you can have. I think it's been mentioned previously you can have 2. Something you might want to ask MBA coordinator or possibly even find with the 2017-18 LSUS catalog.
