I wound up with an A in James. I'm sure many did because the paper grading is lenient. Could I tell you what I learned each module? Probably not. It was just cram sessions on exams because you have to spend an ungodly amount of time on the project.
The course is just pushing through the 7 weeks. I think around 20-25% of people dropped it. I don't think there's a whole lot wrong with the course outside of completely unrealistic timelines on the parts of the project. I thought the directions given for the project were all over the place. I can't remember the exact details but she COMPLETELY changed an aspect of the solar blanket (was our project theme) 1 week into a 2 week Project. I'm sure someone can chime in that'll remember. Didn't impact me because I hadn't even started it yet but I could imagine many had and were probably miffed.
The exams come from the reading. Read the assigned readings and you'll do fine on them. Some weeks do have a fair amount of reading but it was nothing compared to the Amy Wren had us reading in MADM715 the prior session. And James actually REVIEWED the reading material and exams she was presenting and gave credit on more than 1 occasion on exam questions that were heavily answered incorrectly
