I recommend stopping at a place called Underbelly for lunch or dinner (really good mix of the different cultures in Houston), as well as the Original Ninfas on Navigation. Go out to Rice Village at night, that's a great area for your age group

All you guys posting Top Golf need to be prepared for a couple hour wait or be there right when the doors open.

Gays are typically very nice from my experience. I could think of worse to deal with

I would say the downtown bars around Main would be a better scene for late 20's than the village.

Midtown will be a blast Thurs, Fri, and Sat night, all the bars a great. Washington St has some cool bars also (Kung Fu is the best one to go to imo). Get some good Mexican food while you are there, I recommend El Tiempo. Also, Astros are playing the Rangers that weekend.

Like everyone else said Top Golf is fun as hell too, just be prepared for a long wait, but they have multiple bars there and the food is pretty good too. Great way to kill time if you go.
