Also, at great expense to an agency that can ill afford this witch hunt, the IRS has provided THOUSANDS of Lerner emails from the 2009-2011 crash period because they were recovered from other IRS recipients.
Wasn't this supposed to be an Obama-directed scandal? Want to know how many emails were exchanged between the White House and Obama's executive staff during that crash period? A whopping ZERO.

You truly are naive. They have an enormous mandate and are so poorly funded they can't afford to upgrade their computers from Windows XP after Microsoft has dropped support for that operating system. At the time Lois Lerner took her job the IRS only had server space to archive 3 months of employee emails, and then recently managed to up that to 6 months.

Do we still know definitively what happened?
I still don't know if I've seen a cohesive timeline presented about what bad guys did what. We're about to have another committee investigating what went on.
Seems plausible to me that they didn't know exactly what happened three weeks later.
Now that's different than running with the video story (that you were equally uncertain about) simply for the political expediency of it. That's pretty slimy, but it's also just politicians politicking around election time.

So, the IRS has not ACTUALLY TURNED OVER any e-mails going to and from the White House (while the White House claims executive privilege) so Little Rexy makes the bold statement (i.e., LIE) that there were no e-mails exchanged with the White House and the IRS?
Tell us about all those meetings at the White House with IRS personnel. Why were there so many f*cking meetings at the White House Rex?
I'm sure you'll have no problem sinking to the bottom of the pond scum to do anything to defend this corrupt and filthy Administration -- but, it's just fun to watch you make a complete A$$ of yourself.

Every equipment failure within an agency so poorly funded it still relies on Windows XP is not a conspiracy. Are you surprised that a government agency is behind the times technologically?
But using this same outdated technology they can tell me when I didn't pay taxes on a transaction 5 years previous?
And the same agency that ls so underfunded that they will take over the responsibility of running healthcare. Get your head out of Obama's arse.

This is so much horse crap I don't even know where to begin.
The average email is about 75 kb. I can go to office depot and buy a 1TB hard drive for about $100. that's 14MM+ emails.
How many emails do you think the IRS gets? Are we supposed to believe that the IRS cannot afford sufficient storage spaces for mother fricking EMAILS???
Please.

There are so many great cigars. Substance over style and name. Much like solid fiscal conservatives. We built this. We have binders full of women (I'm single, so I can).
New tax code -
100% of the tax burden falls on the lowest income households. Let's watch those people scurry around and change their lives in a hurry.

The White House didn't claim executive privilege on any Lerner emails, liar. They turned over anything they had that came from Lerner, was sent to Lerner, or which Lerner was copied in on. There were exactly three emails which Lerner and the White House were both sent, and ZERO between Lerner and the White House and executive staff.

Ever hear of a little thing called the Affordable Care Act, a large part of which involves the IRS?
Given how eager you say Obama was to punish his political enemies don't you find it rather strange, liar, that the ONLY applicant group denied tax exempt status was a LIBERAL one?

Actually, it was Chris Wallace who laid out the timeline this morning. He's the best hard news journalist on the planet.
The fact remains, conservative groups who had words like "Tea Party" or "Patriot" in their names were targeted virtually 100% of the time by the IRS. Even Obama feigned outrage over this in his initial press conference.
Now, we have Lois Lerner's hard drive crashing on 6/13/11, 10 days after the IRS was notified of potential irregularities. The hard drive was destroyed, and apparently the contract with the company providing email retention was cancelled.
But, the great and powerful Rex has spoken. It all happened because the IRS is underfunded.
