re: cooking bacon in oven

I don't eat much bacon, anymore, but I cook it for my family once or twice a week, or so.put my bacon flat on a sheet of foil. Last night, I did a "weave" of bacon where I interlaced strips of bacon with half the bacon laid horizontal and the other half going vertical. When I was done, I used a pizza cutter to cut the bacon into squares for BLTs. The kids loved it.
