First time seeing that 3-way. Thoughts, details?
Details - It's a collaboration between 3 local breweries that make really good IPA's. Fort George, Boneyard, and Block 15. It is highly sought after in Oregon, because those three breweries are known for making good IPAs. Interstingly, Block 15 is the lesser known of the three, although I think they make the best IPA of the three (Sticky Hands). The reaction of a lot of people on this is, "Fort George and Boneyard are great, but who the hell is Block 15?" IMHO, the beer tastes the most like Boneyard's RPM, although I tried the two side-by-side today, and I have to say, RPM was the winner by a narrow margin. For me, at least.
It's a really good summer IPA. I don't rank it as world class, but there are probably those who disagree with me (obviously, if you look at the Beer Advocate ratings), so it could just be my taste/style.
