I'm sure being an under cover has helped him, but he had to have a lot of people skills in the first place, or he wouldn't have ever gotten the job.

Definitely and surprise surprise he's from the NE. Idk what it is about Yankees but nobody beats them in verbal marathons. I know that's a massive generalization but a lot of those people love nothing more than talking, particularly when there is a shady element thrown in. Maybe it's the Italian heritage. They will also talk incessantly. Most groups don't talk if they don't know you. An Italian will talk your head off if you don't speak Italian.
