You've been shot 4 times. My brother had a gun pulled to his head and forced in the back room when he was a kid working a summer job. I pulled a gun on a guy breaking into my house through my bedroom window in the middle of the night. This doesn't happen everywhere, but it does here. With this region of the country, the liability goes up, and the threat is all the time. There's absolutely no reason a little girl like that should ever be running the store alone, ever, and especially a cell phone store for goodness sake.

It's broad daylight, in the middle of the summer, in Pensacola. That "little girl" is probably in her 20s, and took the job knowing the risks of working a retail position. The fact that it's a cellphone store means absolutely nothing.
Regardless, us arguing about this is pointless. Her employer isn't liable.
