Climate justice is generally used as a term for viewing climate change as an ethical issue and considering how its causes and effects relate to concepts of justice, particularly environmental justice and social justice. This can mean examining issues such as equality, human rights, collective rights and historical responsibility in relation to climate change. Recognizing and addressing the fact that those least responsible for climate change experience its greatest impacts is seen by many as being central to climate justice.[1][2] The term is also used with reference to legal systems, where justice is achieved through application and development of law in the area of climate change.[3]

It's a shiny new tool in the AGW tool box to parlay global warming into redistribution.

Where have you all been? Climate Justice isnt anything new, they have been spouting it off for over a decade now. people just miss it in all the articles about AGW because they are not looking at the details of what the progressives have been doing.

What is Climate Justice?

quote:

Climate justice is a vision to dissolve and alleviate the unequal burdens created by climate change. As a form of environmental justice, climate justice is the fair treatment of all people and freedom from discrimination with the creation of policies and projects that address climate change and the systems that create climate change and perpetuate discrimination.

I am sure you all know the Environmental Justice bullshite line...

WWW.EPA.GOV Environmental Justice

quote:

Environmental Justice is the fair treatment and meaningful involvement of all people regardless of race, color, national origin, or income with respect to the development, implementation, and enforcement of environmental laws, regulations, and policies. EPA has this goal for all communities and persons across this Nation. It will be achieved when everyone enjoys the same degree of protection from environmental and health hazards and equal access to the decision-making process to have a healthy environment in which to live, learn, and work.

ETA: nothing wrong with the title of the thread. The man is a Professor and he was fired form his job. Just because he has many jobs it does not change those two facts. TIA
