Seems to me I remember Obama and other Dem officials prior to him, having no problem going outside country criticizing a GOP President. I'll tell you what's unprecedented, is the constant b!^thcin and moaning by a sitting President about his predecessor. No class whatsoever.

I guess you forget about Reagan's attacks on Carter.

Reagan went out of the country and attacked a sitting President? And while in office, when he did criticize the condition in which the country was, it was rare, and certainly didn't go into his second term.

The professional Left did all it could to undermine Reagan, supporting the Sandinistas, siding with the Nuclear Freeze Movement in Europe, the rebels in El Salvador, and probably treasonously, the "Lion of the Senate", Ted Kennedy conspired with the USSR against Reagan.

W.T.F. are you talking about?? Reagan never attacked Carter - he did campaign against him in an election. That is a pretty common thing to do when you want to defeat the other guy.

After he won, I don't recall Reagan ever 'attacking' Carter or bitching about the absolute cluster-frick Carter left him to deal with - economy, defense, foreign policy, national mood - he just went to work fixing the shite.
