It's a secondary equity offering on the ASX. They did the same thing in July 2014 for about $40 million. Hopefully they actually have a commercial use for the proceeds other than "general corporate uses" type of thing. If they price at $3 a share they'll issue about 60,000,000 new shares.

I'm averaged at $1.72- There's a part of me that wants to buy more, but I'm a little leary. Would you wait and see if it dips again, or just buy at around $3 and take your chances?

I'd at least wait until they price the secondary

Have 480 shares at $1.81 and another 550 at $3.71. Have my wedding next month which is paid for, but wouldn't mind having the extra cash for my honeymoon and time off from work. What do y'all think it's going to do the next couple months? Should I sell my 550 at $3.71 and take a $121 loss, and jump back in in July?

I read this thread a while back. Today a guy from Tx on vaca told me he really likes this going forward. I have a few questions.
1) what's the consensus going forward amongst people who have knowledge of it
2) basic difference between lnglf and lngly? So far I can't figure it out.
I was on cheniere (LNG) a few years ago. Bought and sold it a few times. I'm still in a few other names like ETP and D in the sector but the guy I talked to today was very bullish on magnolia. I swear though he said lngly not lnglf but I might be confused.
Help appreciated.

Lsugumbo,
Thanks for the response. The article was a bit confusing as once I thought I got it I suddenly became confused again. I'll look into it over the weekend.

it basically is saying that Limited's advantage in the LNG business is the fact they are going to be a hub(terminal operator) for large quanties of LNG and be protected from swings due to contractual agreements.
In addition, their patented technology is what really sets them apart. OSMR according to my NG guys is what sets the apart due to effiency. They sent me to this link LINK

I know it's been discussed, but what is the difference in LY and LF? LF does a lot more volume I noticed.

This has been dropping hard lately. I am thinking about starting a position. Reason for the drop other than it being in a dead period? I haven't read anything negative about the project lately

I came here to see if anyone had any idea why it is dropping so hard. I think it is time for me to get in.

Instability of Asia IMO, this is an international stock and internationally lots of markets getting crushed.

Everything in nat gas is down right now, but everything I've read and researched about this company is positive. The patented OSMR technology appears to be their big leg up.
They already have a contract in place once the facility is built, and they are in negotiations for at least 2 more contracts.
There's not a whole lot out there at this point, but I think they're going to be a strong company in a couple of years.

Would y'all consider it a good buy today? I get the general gist of everything that is going on with the company but it is hard to find what is actually going on lately.
