Both really good shows, but neither made me drop and be like "oh shite gotta listen to the dead all the time now".

I am just forever a custy with no hope to reach mintberrycruch levels of headiness?

did you ever catch any dead shows in person? i've been able to turn friends onto other bands in my living room, but the dead is admittedly a tougher sell, almost futile for some....at room volume, they definitely come off as lighter fare compared to others, so i guess sometimes it's hard to tell how powerful they really were unless you actually saw/heard it at 120 decibels. i was lukewarm about 'em until they crushed my ribs in person (particularily with phil's bass bombs) & i was onboard ever since
