Incorrect. No one is impressed that a higher percentage of just one country watches something.
That is like saying all of France watching some French program is more impressive than the entire world watching something else that is unrelated.

Is this statistic even accurate for viewership count? The US has TV's in almost every household. The rest of the world, there might be up to 25 people crowded around 1 TV.
