I think that's true. If he's a 4-star with the same exact film this board is ecstatic. Because he's a three-star everyone looks at him with much more scrutiny. Cam has been around enough great QBs to know what a good one looks like. I also guarantee the kid is bright.

Most here realize rating/ranking QBs is a clusterfrick, and trust Cam to make the right call.

Nah, he's a poor mans Brent Schaeffer. More raw, not quite as fast. Brandon Harris was pretty raw as a JR though. He's got room for improvement, I don't but see a definite college starter in the film. He threw 10 int's last year, and was also throwing to one of the best WR's in the country.
He looks like he's rated where he should be, but may have a bigger upside. He'll show what he's capable of this seasons.
