Thanks, we look forward to your comprehensive list of all companies that accept the US dollar. I'm sure it pales in comparison to the bitcoin list.

And just like I asked last time, how much bitcoin will they be holding?
ETA: Better yet, just how long do you think they will wait before converting bitcoin payments to USD? I'll set the over under at 0.5 seconds.

Dishonest article comparing credit card fees to bitcoin transactions. If you compare debit card fees the difference is nonexistence which is basically what coinbase acts as.

OK, imagine for a second that every single company in America decided instantaneously to accept bitcoin. Starting today.
What would that mean in your opinion?
How do you think most people would feel about this news?

Never moved them once. I've asked you the same question in every thread, and you act like it isn't relevant. This is nothing more than marketing to get dumbasses like you to talk about them. Congrats on giving them what they want.
They aren't holding bitcoins. They are just accepting then immediately converting them to US dollars just to get suckers like you talking about them.
ETA: And congrats on upvoting your own post and downvoting all ours. No one sees through that

Yea, really. Do you think OP would make a thread about Expedia had they not done this?

From your link:

That's great for Expedia, but if it cost practically nothing and they're not sure how popular the option will be, how is it any different from a simple gimmick? Here's a selling point for our service that you may never use, but ignore that because we're cool — really!

I've said many times in many threads that the first widespread use of bitcoin will be as a transaction network.

Wasn't bitcoin supposed to be worth 10,000 dollars a piece by now?

I guess we have a major difference in how we define "widespread use."

Probably 80% of the country has no idea what Bitcoin is.
