they could probably create a small open air party deck in the affected seats to mitigate the issues.
or they could be dickheads to the students and designate though spots for school bands.

There is a party deck. And the student section is in the end zone.
I don't have the seating chart in front of me right now, but I can assure you that there are no blind spots.
