he's right, but he's going in the wrong direction
from what i've read, sterling is going to sue the NBA for a separate action...like libel
he's also reportedly going to sue the trust or appeal the ruling that removed him from power...whatever that procedure is

2 separate neurologists have recorded their findings that he is mentally unfit
He can file but it isn't going anywhere. Balmer would not have had his name publicly attached unless it was a done deal. This is just DS grandstanding
