We are discussing rape CULTURE. A single rapist does not imply a culture.

Not a single person has "excused" a rapist in any post in this thread.


The silliness is in the creating of the hypothetical scenario of a dude purposely getting the girl drunk (outside of her ability to figure out and cope) and then having sex as some nefarious and pervasive "culture" that is being ignored by us non-rapey men.


It is goofy.


There are BAD people.

There are white collar thieves and thug robbers. There are murderers, arsonists, swindlers, cheats, pick-pockets, shoplifters, and vandals.


Why are we pointing to one "crime"...inventing scenarios under which it SOMETIMES occurs...and then lamenting this "culture"?
