If you don't hunt it, lease it out for that. Just make sure who ever leases it, carries insurance. No less then 1 million.

You can lease it anywhere from $10- to as much as $30 an ac per year. Depends on the surrounding land.

Having it treed, well, you could do a clear cut or a select cut, but 120ac is not going to bring much money. Then you have a big mess if clear cut.
