What the hell were Gloria and the mute old lady trying to do to Vee? Poison her? I didn't understand when she blew stuff on Vee.

I think that was supposed to be some sort of Latin voodoo. Didn't they get that stuff they blew on her from the kitchen crew?

Putting a hex on her. Gloria is into all that stuff. Remember on her flashback they put one on the abusive boyfriend and he ended up getting caught in the fire.
