Help with sig pics

I've had the sig for years and today it looks like this, someone on this board did it for me years ago. I'm not smart enough to figure out how to fix it.

I tried to but I couldn't figure out how to load the picture into imgur. When I pasted the http address in it loaded the pick as it looks above.

do you not have the pic saved on your PC/device? Upload it from there
