I would be surprised if Johnson doesnt end up at LSU. He has a level head on his shoulders and is evaluating schools on fit, not how good he thinks he will look in the uniform.

I see him handling his recruitment like Malachi last year, giving other schools a chance and respect, but ultimately deciding staying home offers everything and more than other schools.

Staying in Louisiana has some serious perks; just look at that video of Fournette ariving on campus. To bama, he would have just been another 5 star that will have to live up to expectations, but by staying home, he is now literally a household name in LA, before playing a snap.I can see the allure of going away for school, but if you are one of those top-flight guys out of LA, it sure would be tough not to pick the home team.

It can't be stated enough that the benefits of staying home last a lifetime. Most guys will want to come home once their playing days are over. Being a former Tiger in this state will open doors for the next stage of life.
