a lot of players have had bad cramps that made them useless in games because they can't move. Issue is, he was 10 steps away and was carried, that is the butt end of the joke.
If you are using the words "CAN'T MOVE" to describe the effects of what he was going through, why would it matter if he was 10 steps or 1000? He can't move.

If you can comprehended, I said useless in games. But I could spell it out for you useless in games because they can't move well or at all. Happy?
He stood still from the cramps until miami fouled. He was somewhat aided by DW for a second, but limping himself off the court.

Start at 0:55, he limps his way to the other side/10 steps from the bench until 1:45 where he's getting carried.
Its like watching Paul Pierce get carried off all over again. I think its hilarious that he's such an easy target. Half the people making fun of him know the seriousness of what was going on with him cramping, but he made himself the bigger target by allowing himself to get carried off the last 10 steps.
