i just think the ole miss atmosphere thing is overrated. i remember going to oxford for the lsu series pre-bianco, and lsu outnumbered ole miss fans. i grew up with mostly diehard ole miss fans. even this year, one of them in particular says he doesn't care about baseball, yet he went to swayze for the regionals. why? it's nothing more than a social event for their fans. just like the grove and every other thing related to their athletic events. sat in right field over there years ago when they played miami in the supers. yeah, their right field was packed, but only a handful of people were actually paying attention to the game.
