Okay, so I am a forester and haven't ever heard of a logging chain. Am I missing something here?

I'm guessing those big chains they put around logs when they pull them or put them on trucks?

They are just a drag chain they use to drag the logs. Which is weird because most of my customers are loggers and they use straps to secure the load and cable to do most of the pulling and unsticking work. I have only seen a couple use any kind of chain because of how expensive that thick shite is.
