18000 absentee ballots to count today.
McDaniel needs about 80% to avoid runoff, so I suspect we are going to do this again in three weeks.
Remember, can't vote in the runoff if you didn't vote in the primary.

Oh, wow.
I didn't know about that rule.
You have to believe the McDaniel voters will be much more energized for the runoff.
