Pack of shrimp from my freezer $4
Stick of butter $.75
Cream $1
Yellow onion $.50
Spaghetti Noodles $1.25
So for 7.50 I can make a butter sauce and serve it over spaghetti noodles and will serve my family of 4 with leftovers.

If you need cheap eats, look no further than the legumes. Lentils cost 69 cents or less a pound. Ditto for chickpeas, white beans, etc.
If u wanted cheap nachos, swap the meat for black beans (season it the same way), ditch the cheese sauce and grate your own damn cheese. Then you could spend the cents you saved on a fresh tomato and maybe even a marked down avocado to top the chips.
