Freedom of association continues to be assaulted.

If same sex people want to run around and pretend they're married, I'm not going to stand in their way.

I will never personally view them as married however.

Maybe he should offer 'faux wedding cakes' to same sexers, and wedding cakes exclusively to heteros.

They would be the same thing but the order form and the bill would clearly be labeled 'faux wedding cake'. They can't tell him what to name his product.
