Had android for three years......widgets are the biggest waste of space and battery.....never used them. Also my incredible was the biggest pos I ever owned. iPhone 5 has worked flawlessly for almost two years.

Weather and traffic, among others, on my home screen(s) are great. A majority of widgets are indeed a complete waste, but there are a few that are indispensable and I'd rather have the option to have them available.
