I wish Palm hadn't collapsed like it did. Inventors of the App Store (albeit web based), had some of the first popular PDAs, some of the first docks/cradles, had removable storage on the device, fully configurable/compliant mobile mail client that could open just about any attachment type (beat the hell out of Blackberry without a BES at this), could sync over wifi...and this is all before the original iPhone had even been announced. I was upset when they moved to WebOS and then sold to HP. I was a huge fan of PalmOS and the early WinMobile, Palm-modified OS devices.



AND the battery would last 2 days of heavy use, was cheap enough to buy a dock with spare battery charger when (after years of abuse) the charging port started to fail.


Now get off my lawn.
