Went to the Rummel spring game/pie bowl, Saw some good talent. Wide receiver Ashanti Wheatley cousin of Cyril Grayson, Lsu track runner. Also young cornerback Danove from 2017 class, Tailback Israel Tucker had some great running as well as sophomore tailback Maurice Bailey who had some good runs both are pretty good track stars. I say they are people to keep eyes on. Quarterback Chase fourcade made some nice throws as well.

There is a Jr TE at St Aug that is the real deal, already 6'6 and can catch.

Tucker is 5'11, 170 lb, Bailey is 6'0 180 both have 4.5/4.6 speed. Fourcade is around 5'11/6'0 height I don't have his weight. Guidry,Jacobs & Fulton were out there as well. All 3 were out with injuries so didn't get to see them perform. Tucker started last year as rover & played after Keith Fulton got injured.

Shouldn't this just be a pump sunshine on rummel thread?

Not really, I just fount it interesting that they lost some key players from last year who roles need to be filled this year, along with St.Aug especially since Big Fournette left.

I think its cool to have posters report on schools from all over on this board. It makes this place unique IMO.

Israel is an animal I played qb at delta with him and he played rb. He is faster than 4.5. Maurice is really good too played against him. Went too school with chase and intercepted him in the east bank championship. Also jahkari Wiley from Jesuit is gonna be a good player.

Really he's just expressing what everyone know the talent level has shifted to Metairie . Ouote from inside of Rummel . Never has been this many coaches in my 15years here. So he's proud and some will hate. Also these are quality kids with great family support and good students.
