Show me some of the year to year leases that aren't on the river that cost more? Since there are so many you shouldn't have a problem providing links? This should be good

I'm not a member of any of them, we have our own land. I do know what a lot of the buy in costs are, but I'm not asking the people what their dues are. They are in those clubs to begin with so I doubt they even look at what the dues are.
Also, would you get hunting rights to everything or just deer?
