i know this because i worked at gerry lane and no one ever cared about anything. and that goes for every dealership.
she should have went to a small independent shop they have tons in baton rouge.

It was warranty work, they continued to assure my mom it would be ready the following day, she did take it away today but only after they lied for a week straight and then gave her hell today...lesson learned, but she wants to vent to somebody and I guess venting to the owner is about as good as it gets ![](https://images.tigerdroppings.com/Images/Icons/IconLOL.gif)
