i see math isn't something they teach in schools in texas. you think that 1185 mg of sodium in a 465 calorie meal is acceptable? you keep that rate up for a 2200 calorie diet (what most americans consume in a day), and your at nearly 5000 mg of salt for the day.

like i said in my op, the place is terrible for your health due to enormous amounts of salt used. your numbers only serve as support for my post.

So by my LA math if you eat that meal for breakfast, lunch, and dinner you will lose weight since you are only taking in around 1500 calories.

Define acceptable.

465 calories for a meal is not bad at all. Calories out > Calories in = lose weight

Not sure where you went to school, but since you are trying to bash my education I will bash yours. Apparently your institution of higher learning didn't teach much grammar.

I didn't attend one school in the state of Texas.

I don't eat this much food in a day. Nor does my wife. I might get that high in caloric intake with my protein shakes, but last time I checked they don't put much salt in my milk or protein powder.

Yeah, what the frick is wrong with it if you aren't going over during your other meals? I'm not an unhealthy lardass that eats out every meal. I might make grilled chicken and some vegetables for dinner and that isn't going to have 1,100 mg of sodium. I believe that I even included in my previous comment that there is nothing wrong with that amount of sodium as long as you aren't dumping 4 tablespoons of salt on your dinner. Therefore, one with any level of intelligence could deduce that I made the assumption that one would not "keep up that rate" for the rest of their day.

Thanks for your attempt at a math lesson though, retard.
