Ive been told that the speed limit on bluebonnet is like that because of the few houses in the front of the neighborhood that the driveway goes directly onto bluebonnet.

I used to live there and hated that speed limit.

That is it, but the argument still doesn't hold water. There are multiple streets in BR with residential drives that have 35mph speed limits. Sherwood Forest is one, S. Eugene is another. I'm sure there are others, but those are 2 that come to mind.
