Yes. Gay kayaks shouldn't be allowed anywhere men fish.

No. If water is navigable then all boats should be allowed.
BUT I do think there should be speed limits or no wake zones set by USCG or LDWF for certain areas.
It's stupid for cig boats to haul arse through smaller rivers.
