I don't care if you think I'm lying or not. It's no coincidence that the riverview property in New Jersey is the most valuable. The communities closest to NYC appeared to be the nicest ones when I spent time there.

I never once mentioned anything about guido culture. New Jersey just isn't the nicest state out there and their motto certainly isn't indicative of how the entire state looks. You think all the stereotypes about New Jersey are false? I don't. They were there in full force every time I've driven around.

Yep. I've never seen so many deer and wild Canada Geese in my life. We went shooting at a WMA not far from the Pennsylvania border that was very nice.
