Latest Obamacare revelation as we continue to read the bill

So now the IRS has determined employers lose another option because it does not fit the liberal meme. What has been lost in all of the rhetoric surrounding the ACA is that a benefit previously provided on a voluntary basis by employers to their employees has been hijacked by the government, which now mandates which employers must continue to provide those benefits and to what extent and at what cost.

I defy anyone to produce a constitutional basis for this draconian intrusion of government into private business practices. Once again we see the absurdity of liberalism displayed for all to see in all of its arrogance and presumptiveness. This has simply been a case of community organizing on a broader scale much like we see organizations advocating for welfare rights. Their greed and lack of appreciation is disgraceful
