That's true, but no guarantee on whether or not that helps or hurts LSU. It could help Houston in the eyes of the committee that Houston made it to the finals, but if they lose in the finals, it could actually hurt their RPI and help LSU. Of course, if they win the tourney, that's a big plus on their resume. Let's give the nod to TNTiger and pull for UConn to keep Houston from having that opportunity.
Also, and this is REALLY splitting hairs, but Florida State played more games against the SEC than Virginia did. Since both are locks for top 8 seeds, a win by FSU would be better for us.
