You do not get to know information like that. Funny how conservatives care about privacy until it is something they do not like. You sound like a butthurt rivals fan.

since it hasn't been revealed to me "and i don't get to know it", it can be any range of scenarios.
i can spread the rumor that he's failing and barely staying eligible, or worse getting grades inflated and easy classes that other kids there might not be
(ah who am i kidding, pay your fees and get your B's probably goes on there).
on the same token, if he is getting a legit 4.0, etc., it probably would have been mentioned in his PR sob story and more people might support his desire to play one more year. it is relevant information to some people, whether they get to know it or not
i do believe the kids with the best grades should earn more privileges all-around... they work hard for it. if student-athletes wanted to stay in high school and play a 5th year if they had above a 3.5 GPA, i'd probably support it.
think about why his supporters want an extra year of eligibility. they mention him getting an athletic scholarship. maybe if he knew he had the grades to fall back on, he wouldn't fight the courts and the legislature for a 5th year. he'd stay in shape without playing, then go somewhere and try to walk on
